PRIO Plans Condition

1. This plan is designed exclusively for XL PRIORITAS postpaid customers.
2. Prices shown do not include 10% VAT.
3. The active period is valid for one billing period.
4. Prorated prices apply for the first bill.
5. The quota plan and benefit will be reset every billing period.
6. Purchase and plan renewals will cut customer’s limit.
7. The remaining quota plan cannot be accumulated to the next month.
8. Customers will receive an SMS notification if the data, call and SMS quota usage has reached 100%. SMS notification in the form of information on how to purchase Booster package or continue with basic tariff.
9. Easily check remaining quota and plan details via myXL app or *123#.
10. You can add data, voice and SMS quota via myXL app or *123#.
11. Purchasing packages and renewing plans will cut customer’s limit.
12. Changing plan from one plan to another (eg moving from myPRIO Gold to myPRIO Platinum) can be done once in each billing period. Plan switching can be started from the second month of billing as long as the remaining limit is sufficient. Check the remaining limit periodically via myXL app or *123#.
13. Changing plan to a lower price will incur a downgrade fee of Rp10,000. Downgrade via myXL app or *123# is not allowed. Downgrades can only be done at XL Center according to the applicable standard procedures.
14. Voice and SMS quota does not apply to premium numbers (eg SMS banking, Call Center, Delivery Service, etc.).
15. Whenever you need assistance, call 818 (from XL numbers) or 021 579 59 818 (from numbers other than XL), Live Chat or visit the nearest XL Center.
16. Provisions for PRIORITAS Nice Number
• By subscribing to PRIORITAS, you have the opportunity to get a preferred number by submitting 4-6 digit of your favorite numbers (as long as the number is available).
• The activation of PRIORITAS with a nice number can be done through online registration (prioritas.xl.co.id) or by visiting the nearest XL Center.
• XL will only process the registration of XL PRIORITAS service with a nice number available on the XL system and obtained by searching the system and does not violate the law.
17. By continuing to use XL PRIORITAS plan, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions as well as the XL Privacy Policy which can be seen here

myPRIO Plan Conditions

1. myPRIO X Unlimited and myPRIO Talk+ are valid for old and new XL PRIORITAS customers (not valid for corporate customers).
2. Data quota can be used in all networks and areas.
3. If the customer registers using the credit card payment method, the customer will get a monthly plan with greater benefits (free upgrade).
4. Especially for Ultima plans, you must use a credit card payment method. It is not allowed to change the payment method while subscribing to the Ultima plan.
5. If the customer changes the credit card payment method to cash, then in the next billing period, the customer's monthly plan will be adjusted to the monthly benefit plan with the cash payment method.
6. Unlimited Data for Plan Gold X, Platinum X, Diamond X and Ultima X applies to main quota and have the fair usage policy (FUP). After reaching the FUP, internet speed will be adjusted (256Kbps for Gold and Platinum, 512Kbps for Diamond and 1Mbps for Ultima).
7. Unlimited App Data can be used to access chat, e-commerce and transportation apps (WhatsApp, Line, Lazada, Blibli.com, Tokopedia, Shopee, Gojek, Grab, and Traveloka). It also has FUP of 10GB and after reaching the FUP, the connection speed will be lowered to 256 Kbps.
8. myPRIO Talk+ has Unlimited WhatsApp and LINE along with 2GB quota for Social Media and Online Shop (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Blibli.com and Lazada) and valid on all networks.
9. All myPRIO X Unlimited and myPRIO Talk+ plans have FUP of 50,000 minutes for calls to XL, AXIS and XL PRIORITAS numbers.
10. All myPRIO X Unlimited plans have FUP of 1,000 SMS to all operators (except Ultima plan which has FUP of 10,000 SMS).
11. All myPRIO Talk+ plans will receive Unlimited SMS OnNet, valid to XL and AXIS numbers with FUP of 1,000 SMS.
12. myPRIO Ultima X applies Unlimited Calls to other operators with FUP of 1,000 minutes.
13. Use of Calls and SMS benefits outside the FUP will be subject to a basic tariff.
14. For myPRIO Silver X plan, if the data usage exceeds the main quota, it will be directed to the Go Page.
15. myPRIO X Plan customers cannot share quota.
16. Data and Apps Booster applies to all myPRIO X Unlimited plans.
17. Booster OffNet applies to all myPRIO X Unlimited plans, except Ultima plan.
18. PRIO Hajj/Umrah and PRIO PASS are valid for all myPRIO X Unlimited plans.
19. Roaming Cashback benefit for Platinum, Diamond, and Ultima Plans are valid in the form of cashback on XL PRIORITAS bills.
20. Roaming benefit for myPRIO (Platinum / Diamond / Ultima) applies if the customer has activated PRIO PASS.
21. Only the main data quota can be used abroad.
22. Data Roaming benefit only applies to countries that have PRIO PASS operator partners.
23. The cashback given is Rp25,000/day. Cashback is given according to the maximum benefit of each plan:
    • Platinum plan has roaming cashback benefit for 3 days, so the maximum cashback that you can get is Rp75,000.
    • amond Plan has roaming cashback benefit for 7 days, so the maximum cashback that you can get is Rp175,000.
    • Ultima Plan has roaming cashback benefit for 30 days, so the maximum cashback that you can get is Rp750,000.
24. If the customer does not activate PRIO PASS, then the customer will still be charged the normal roaming rates that apply according to the destination country and will not get cashback.
