PRIO Plans Condition

1. These plans are exclusively designed for PRIORITAS Mobile customers.
2. All prices are exclusive of 10% tax.
3. All PRIO Plans are on a monthly basis plans.
4. Worry-Free™ Talk & SMS to AnyNet™ (all Operators in Indonesia) is within Fair Usage Policy as stated on "MOBILE" page.
5. Data can be used on 2G/3G/4G network.
6. Check quota and plan info conveniently via myXL Postpaid or *123#.
7. If your Talk and SMS quota has been exhausted, then Talk and SMS basic tariff will apply automatically.
8. If your data quota has been exhausted, then you will see a special page when you open the browser. On the special page, you can choose between buy Booster package or use data basic tariff to stay online.
9. Easily switch to other plan once in a month (e.g. switch PRIO S to PRIO M) within limit. Check limit regularly via *123#.
10. Switching to the lower plan will cause downgrade charge in the amount of Rp 10,000.
11. All subscriptions and recurring fees are included in limit deduction.
12. Plan subscription fee will be pro-rated according to the number of applicable days.
13. Ensure your Unlimited Plan is deactivated before subscribing to PRIO Plan.

16. Quota Usage Conditions
    • If you are on 4G network, the first quota that be used is 4G Extra Quota, then your main quota. Basic tariff will apply if the two previous plans are exhausted.
    • If you are on 2G/3G network, the first quota that be used is your main quota. Basic plan will apply if your main quota is exhausted.
17. 18. PRIORITAS Nice Number Conditions
    • By subscribing PRIORITAS, you can submit 4-6 digits of your favorite numbers (as long as the preferred numbers are available).
    • PRIORITAS nice number activation can be done through online registration (prioritas.xl.co.id) or visit the nearest XL Center.
    • Effectively on 12 May 2017, the reservation of nice number is not opened through Customer Service 817.

Quota Sharing Condition

1. You can only share your remaining PRIO Plan quota. The quota of myPRIO cannot be shared.
2. It needs to be 1 GB multiplier.
3. The maximum quota amount you can share is 50% from your main quota.
4. You need to have a minimum 500 MB left, after you share your quota.
